These terms explain the scope of FTVPN's services and the rules for using an account. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the relevant plan details.
Services and Scope
FTVPN provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access. Its clients and international routes help users connect to target online services. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Refer to the user panel and client instructions for configuration details and connection methods.
The service offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, check plan prices, data allowances, and billing methods. Network connectivity does not include memberships, software licences, or content-use permissions for target websites.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for keeping their account password, subscription link, and signed-in sessions secure. A subscription link is account access information and should not be made public, uploaded to a public repository, or handled by untrusted tools. If a leak or unusual activity is discovered, change the password promptly and seek assistance through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but the account may only be used by its holder on their own devices. This does not permit account sharing. Without FTVPN's express permission, users may not resell subscriptions, rent out accounts, distribute subscription links, or use the service as a commercial resource to provide network access to others. Users should use route resources reasonably and avoid sustained usage that affects other users.
Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites, apps, and platforms. Using FTVPN does not change a user's responsibility for their access activity, uploaded content, transactions, or information-processing activities.
Using the service for cyberattacks, malicious scanning, distributing malware, fraud, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, or other unlawful activities is prohibited. Users must not disrupt normal service operations, attempt to access system resources without authorization, or help others carry out such activities. FTVPN may take necessary restrictions when related risks are identified.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, the status of target services, device settings, and maintenance schedules. Route coverage does not mean that every target website is accessible, nor does it guarantee a specific speed, continuous connectivity, or the availability of particular content. Users should test routes for their intended use and keep a suitable backup connection for important work.
FTVPN may adjust routes and service configurations for maintenance, troubleshooting, security risks, or applicable legal requirements, and will provide notice through the user panel when appropriate. This service cannot resolve issues caused by third-party platform account actions, content changes, or a user's own configuration. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or any consumer rights.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If there is unlawful use, unauthorized resale or sharing, disruption of service operations, or a clear account security risk, FTVPN may restrict connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account as appropriate. Urgent security risks may need to be addressed first, with an explanation provided through an available account channel afterward.
If you disagree with an outcome, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket, describing the issue and providing necessary verification information. Do not submit your password or complete subscription link. Orders following a service suspension or termination are handled under applicable policies and laws; an account restriction does not automatically replace a review of an order dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Refunds
FTVPN may update these terms in response to service changes, risk management, or legal requirements, and will update the date on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be communicated through the user panel or another appropriate channel, with details and an effective date. Changes will not retroactively take away rights users have already acquired under the law. If you have questions, contact support through a ticket before continuing to use the service.
